3).  Go to game folder or installation folder ,Right click to that folder ,"Grant Admin Full Control" ,wait until is done ,install game or play game.
With this method you take Administrator Rights for that folder and all included files.

RoboCop: Rogue City is a first-person shooter game.
After the events of RoboCop 2, a new crime wave surges as rumors of the "New Guy",
a mysterious up-and-coming crime boss, rises into the public and the criminal underworld.
The Torch Heads gang takes over a news station to advertise themselves to the "New Guy",
and RoboCop arrives with Anne Lewis to stop them and rescue the hostages...

My bad I should have said this is occurring when I do it from Edge, Chrome, or Brave.
i have also gone to nosteam.ro on my phone. The links are looping back to the nosteam.ro landing page.
I also went to Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order a game I downloaded from here and the links for it do the same thing as well.

Stop torrent ,Re-Check files ,start torrent ,when is done 100% reinstall game - install update patch - play game
