3).  Go to game folder or installation folder ,Right click to that folder ,"Grant Admin Full Control" ,wait until is done ,install game or play game.
With this method you take Administrator Rights for that folder and all included files.

You have to add it to the list of exceptions. Same with the patch.

Mine did the same thing, until I did that.

Your anti virus is marking it as a high level issue. When you fix it, it will unpack, and it works fine.

Dear Nosteam

I'm Having Face this Problem whole Day and try Everything to solve this prob. i will download Hogwarts legacy extract the file and install the game than run it it's work fine i will start playing and having see game intro and customize the character. than suddenly game was atomically ended than i will try to open again they ask me some .dll files i will download everything they ask for now this error is my life worst nightmare appear

The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b.) click ok to close the application.

Please Help me with this matter

I will See Many video's about this error on Youtube but couldn't Solve this Problem Now I'm Spend almost 8to9 Hours to trying to Solve this issue.

i'm also reinstall the game twice and download and install the software which You Recommended. for game Visual C+++ and framework DirectX  and game patch
