If you have Windows 7 or 11 on your PC and you cannot install or play a game from nosTEAM  follow this:
1).  Download this archive and extract file anywhere on your PC :

2).  Run extracted file and add information to registry
3).  Go to game folder or installation folder ,Right click to that folder ,"Grant Admin Full Control" ,wait until is done ,install game or play game.
With this method you take Administrator Rights for that folder and all included files.

face, hairstyles, body type and modifications, background, and clothing are customisable.
Stat categories--Body, Intelligence, Reflexes, Technical, and Cool--are influenced by the character classes that players assume,
which are NetRunner (hacking), Techie (machinery), and Solo (combat).
V must consult a "ripperdoc" to upgrade and purchase cyberware implants; black markets offer military-grade abilities...

For flatlined error try :
First of all, if you are playing on an old CPU that lacks the AVX instruction set, that is causing the "Flatline" error. There is no fix for this other than upgrading the CPU.

If your CPU does have the AVX support then, try allowing Cyberpunk 2077 through the firewall and update the GPU Driver. In case the issue persists, then you might be using a third-party tool or software like MSI afterburner or RGB software. Disable any third-party software you are using along with Steam overlay and Geforce Experience overlay. This should fix the Cyberpunk 2077 has Flatlined Error.

In case the Cyberpunk 2077 Flatlined is still bothering you. Update your GPU driver to the latest version and do a clean installation. Open Nvidia Control Panel and enable Debug Mode under Help. Restart your PC and launch Cyberpunk 2077. This time you won't get the Flatlined error.

In case the above fixes haven't worked, go to Go to C:\Users\"your username"\AppData\Local|CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077. Delete the files in this folder and launch the game. Cyberpunk will launch without any Flatlined error.
