I had patched the game. But when i played the game, there is no new weapon, dlc, and map from the patch. But in the game files, the files from the patch is in there. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have installed the dlc+patch pack for the game but I don't get the dlc weapons even though the files are in the installation directory. How to fix this?
