Help. I can't get the compatibility mode to Windows 10 (which is what I have) and the game keeps crashing whenever I say "start new game".

if i download this repack version what will happen with my mods? they will blow up, or continue in my game?

I deleted my old fallout and instaled this one, made a backup of the saves i have all of the programs(direct x etc), but when i start the game, the textures are all stretched and I cant see anything, any solution for that?

Just so people don't get conflicts with the mod expected version and the game version

OK, am I missing something?  There are some things that are not clear.

Fallout 4 is typically 30GB in size but the Fallout4-repack.exe is 102MB, the 1722 patch is 207MB, and the 194 patch is 506MB,.. which all together don't even make up 1GB let alone 30GB.  What's up with that, what am I missing?  Does this activate some kind of download?  People have posted here mentioning 'parts' [up to 8] is this a multi file download?  If so how does this work, is there a torrent somewhere [102MB seems EXTREMELY large for just a torrent file] because the fact is I cannot sit at a wifi spot indefinitely, I MUST be able to either pause downloads [like a torrent] or at least have it in manageable chunks so I can go home each night between downloads.  And this is not all, it is just the obvious, what is the situation/arrangement here?

Could someone give me a clue as to what is going on here [with some greatly appreciated detail] so I can understand the structure of the situation [including if patches are STILL needed for the latest 'repack' and other such details].

And also maybe a run down on the procedure for getting this and setting it up.


P.S. I already had acquired a torrent for one of these from pirate bay and found it came from this site, it failed [states "Repack version 1.7.15.0" in a text file] and figured I would try to get it straight from here and then I find these unclear inconsistencies, so some help in understanding the details would be greatly appreciated!

The 'download' file Fallout4-repack.exe is 102MB executable file, what torrent?  Which download from uTorrent?  Where is this you are talking about?  This is why I said "DETAIL", because that makes no sense without more information.

How is the patch applied?  Is it an executable that installs, or do you have to copy files to a specific location, or what?  Again details make all the difference.

The premise that it is a torrent pleases me as that I can pause at least, but I have not located any download link for a torrent.
Is the torrent somehow inside a massive 102MB executable, if so what the hell else is in there, and what do you do with it?

I do appreciate your reply, but it is so terse as to give no new information other than apparently it is a torrent from some unspecified place.

Details make all the difference, it doesn't have to be a lengthy description, but some details about the arrangement/situation would be very helpful [please read ALL of my previous post].
