If you use Windows 7 or 11 on your PC and you cannot install or play a game from nosTEAM  follow this:
1).  Download this archive and extract file anywhere on your PC :

2).  Run extracted file and add information to registry
3).  Go to game folder or installation folder ,Right click to that folder ,"Grant Admin Full Control" ,wait until is done ,install game or play game.
With this method you take Administrator Rights for that folder and all included files.


About the game:
Fallout 4 is a open world action role-playing video game.
Fallout 4‍ '​s gameplay is similar to that of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, the previous two main entries in the series.
Returning features include a camera that can switch from first person to third person view and the ability to roam anywhere on the map.
Fallout 4 is supposed to feature more appealing gameplay, a layered armor system, base-building,
a dynamic dialogue system featuring 111,000 lines of dialogue, an in-depth crafting system which implements every lootable object in the game, and much more.
Enemies such as mole rats, raiders, super-mutants, deathclaws, and feral ghouls will return to Fallout 4, along with the companion Dogmeat, who is incapable of dying...

Try play game Windowed Borderless if fullscreen is not working

Mouse not visible at menu:


The most common solution to this is if you have a gamepade plugged in is to unplug it., If you know you don't want to use a gamepad and don't want to unplug your controller everytime you load up the game the below will help. Likewise if you don't have a controller plugged in and have no cursor at the menu the game may think you do so disabling controller as below will help.

To solve this simply open Fallout4Prefs.ini (located in \Documents\My Games\Fallout4\), then scroll down to:
bGamepadEnable=1
and change it to:
bGamepadEnable=0


Invisible Lockpicking Bug:


If you are having the invisible lockpicking bug the solution is quite simple, open Fallout4Prefs.ini in your documents (\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\) and under [Display] change:

iSize W=XXXX
iSize H=YYYY
to
iSize W=XXXX-1
iSize H=YYYY-1

For example:
iSize W=1920
iSize H=1080
would be changed to
iSize W=1919
iSize H= 1079

This is a bug that seems to be quite common if you unlock the frame rate and do not vsync it.


How to change game resolution:


Open Fallout4Prefs.ini in your documents \Documents\My Games\Fallout4\  and change the following lines to how they are below:

For borderless windowed mode:
bTopMostWindow=1
bMaximizeWindow=1
bBorderless=1
bFull Screen=0
iSize H=XXXX
iSize W=YYYY

Where XXXX is whatever your vertical resolution is aand YYYY is whatever your horizontal resolution is.

For fullscreen mode:
bTopMostWindow=0
bMaximizeWindow=0
bBorderless=0
bFull Screen=1
iSize H=XXXX
iSize W=YYYY

Where XXXX is whatever your vertical resolution is aand YYYY is whatever your horizontal resolution is.

The Patch (1.7.22) here appears to default the Game to Russian Language.

Did a fresh install of the latest Re-Pack you have including wiping the ini data from the User Folder.
Patch would only execute if copied into the game folder, which is okay as it's recommended for the other patches.
Yet still, when launching the game with the Fallout.exe, the game is in Russian.
A simple edit of the General options in the Fallout.ini file located in the USER folder from sLanguage=ru to sLanguage=en, as Badkidoh mentioned above.
Except the ini file won't be created until you launch the game atleast once and exit.
Could you please make a posting for others so they know how to change the language or fix the patch.
