Your antivirus is blocking files due to a False Positive - install update patch with antivirus disabled and add game folder to exceptions

I am getting an error while installing at part 3. I have also downloaded part 3 again but didn't work.
Here is the error :  " Error encounters while performing the operation Look at the information window for more details".

Nosteam pls kindly help.When i start the game,the game keeps loading(stuck on initializing).What should i do?
