You are genius indeed man. Thank you. Finally a peaceful gaming in low graphics but without freeze. After a lot of trying 4 different torrents and files. Finally the right stuffs landed at last. Update if any problems arises while playing.
1. downloaded & Installed from here loved  it very less time taken to install than other

2. After installing the patch of Mad Payne 3 the Rock star social club problem was not solved as it only showed "you don't have internet connection" while logging from my new Rock star social club email account.
                      
3. Rock star social club login problem solved by installing new social club v 1106 setup from you tube search as "MAX PAYNE 3 SOCIAL CLUB FIX!!!!!! 1000000%" you will find the crack profile stuffs.
             
4.  Finally the freeze problem solved in you tube as:
                   i. Go to Documents/Rock star Games/Max Payne 3

                   ii.Open graphic file with notepad
                 
                    iii.Set this on "0" An is o tropic Quality value="0"

                       V sync value="0"

                       S S A O value="0"
                     
                      Tessellation value="0"
       
                      Direct X Version value="0"

                    iv.Save file
                   
                    v.Run game(Play Max Payne 3) in C:\Program Files (x 86)\Rock star Games\Max Payne 3
