If you use Windows 7 or 11 on your PC and you cannot install or play a game from nosTEAM  follow this:
1).  Download this archive and extract file anywhere on your PC :

2).  Run extracted file and add information to registry
3).  Go to game folder or installation folder ,Right click to that folder ,"Grant Admin Full Control" ,wait until is done ,install game or play game.
With this method you take Administrator Rights for that folder and all included files.


About the game:
Need for Speed: ProStreet has taken the series in a different direction of gameplay.
All racing in ProStreet takes place solely on closed tracks, making ProStreet the first game in the series since Need for Speed II that doesn't animate illegal racing.
Unlike Carbon, where only certain body kits can be autosculpted, this can now be applied to all body kits, including stock bumpers and wide body kits.
In ProStreet there are four different game modes: Drag (a race in a drag strip, point to point), Grip (similar to Circuit races but with four different types of Grip races available), Speed (similar to a Sprint race) and Drift.
ProStreet features customization of booger cars. The changes affect the aerodynamics of the cars, and players can test them in an enclosed chamber called the "Wind Tunnel".
The Autosculpt feature, which was first introduced in Need for Speed: Carbon, is featured in ProStreet and plays a significant role in terms of car performance.....

After the race is ended the continue button doesn't work most of the time. Is there any solution?

Has this been taken down can not seem to download it every time i click on it the tab opens and then just shuts? Have looked around as well and it says it has been taken down?

Something is wrong.. when it starts it goes up with a cmd panel that can't be shut down, it won't save my ressolution. Never. When I use my wheel(logitech driving force EX) it won't stop going downwards like i am pressing the down arrow key. Help

Guys its obviously something u did wrong because this works just fine with me so if ur having problems its either cuz ur pc does not meet requirements or ur doing something wrong

You can use a program called Simple Program Debugger. After you download and install, run the program, click top left File->Start new process and browse to the nfs.exe file. Select it, click ok and you ll encounter the problem no more!

I have another question myself: I have download the game and patch-DLC from this webpage. However, there are some cars that I know exist in the game, like McLaren F1 and Bugatti Veyron, but they don't appear in the car lot. They are in the files in game directory too, yet I can't see them in the car lot at all. The codes posted on the Internet don't work for me (game says they 're invalid).
So, does this have to do with something I ve probably done wrong with patch-DLC installation or is it a game progression matter supposed to be like this? PLZ help!

I also have the same problem and whenever i use the simple program debugger the game just craches at launch
