Hello, i am trying to play desperately the game, like most people ^^. Here is what's my problem:
-I installed the game and like most users in previous posts i am unable to save progress. Even if i installed the update fix...
So, continue or load option in game isn't available. When i try to manually save , nothing happens and with a second manually save there is an empty slot again.
I tried the following and its time i manually saved but still the same:
1) I did run game as administrator and checked the administrator use box in icon advanced properties.
2) I edited the cpy.ini file with the destination of the game
3) I tried to relocate the default save location (again in c: drive)
4) i tried to install the game in another hard drive
5) I also think that my progress until the first camp was wrote in spy_saves on documents folder before i relocate...it was something like "lastcamp.dat" file if i remember correctly. But that means the game just can't recognize the files even thought it creates the progress saves.
Nothing changed...What i noticed though, is that its time i was deleting the files and installing again, the graphic options i did set the first time hadn't changed.
That means i wasn't performing what we call a "clean install". I dont know how to remove things from registry if thats what im doing wrong... game uninstall cant happen in contol panel. nothing appears there
