How can i play the multiplayer? Please briefly describe this to me

Hi guys. I downloaded Crysis. When i press the click for start it shows a message "the data d3dx10_34.dll is missing from your computer".
I also dowlooaded the "Crysis nosTEAM NEW-MP V_2 update patch" and the three "REQUIRED SOFTWARE TO PLAY THIS GAME", but still when i try to open the game this message appears.
Please help me guys!

I always install from the first page... may i try the second one?
